Hybrid working | Fast-growing global tech scale-up | High-impact commercial roleThe Business overviewMy client are looking for a Global Vendor Management Specialist who can help them scale with speed and precision.You’ll take the lead on building and managing supplier relationships across the world, ensuring we get the best value, reliability, and service from our partners ...while setting up the processes and governance that will support the next phase of growth.This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a business that’s moving fast. You’ll be the second hire into the team, working closely with our Procurement Lead, Operations, Finance, and Tech to establish scalable frameworks that keep the business ahead of the curve.What You’ll DoBuild and manage global vendor partnerships across IT, logistics, and services.Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and SLAs, ensuring we achieve best-in-class commercial outcomes.Implement vendor governance and performance frameworks, introducing consistency, compliance, and scalability.Analyse costs, margins, and vendor data to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategy with business expansion plans.Support the setup of new international offices — ensuring vendors are onboarded at speed and with quality.About You4–6 years’ experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or supplier strategy (ideally in a global or high-growth business).A confident negotiator who can build trust, manage complexity, and deliver value for money.Comfortable working in fast-paced, scale-up environments, proactive, resourceful, and outcomes-driven.Analytical and structured — able to turn data into insight and insight into action.Great communicator, skilled at working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Target is circa €75,000+Benefits ..
