About UsTinggo Travel is Singapore-based travel technology company with a strong presence in airline and travel distribution.We hold IATA/BSP certifications in Hong Kong, Singapore, and mainland China, and have branch offices in North America, the Middle East, and Europe.As part of our global expansion plan, we are now establishing an international operations team and are seeking a professional who can lead the development, optimization, and long-term management of our overseas website.Position OverviewThis role focuses on building and optimizing the company’s global website from the ground up — creating a platform that meets the habits and expectations of international users.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in website project management, user experience design, and digital operations within the OTA, airline, or travel industry.You will collaborate closely with our China-based product and technical teams, ensuring that the new website becomes a strong foundation for our brand’s global visibility and business growth.Key Responsibilities• Lead the planning, structure, and launch of the company’s new global website.• Define website architecture, content flow, and design layout optimized for overseas users.• Manage communication between external developers/designers and internal tech teams.• Ensure that the website supports flight, hotel, and travel product displays with strong UX.• Optimize page performance, SEO ranking, and multi-language functionality.• Manage content updates, analytics tracking, and marketing integrations (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).• Develop long-term website operations and digital growth strategies after the launch.• Coordinate with overseas marketing and business teams to ensure brand consistency.Requirements• Have participated in or led website development projects in the travel, OTA, or airline industry.• 3–5 years of experience in website development, project management, or operations.• Familiar with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS; technical coordination experience preferred.• Strong understanding of international user experience and digital marketing principles.• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multi-party collaboration.
