About Your Role As Sales Executive – Infrastructure Clients, you will be part of a Nordic team and co-responsible for managing and growing GlobalConnect’s strategic partnerships with leading global cloud providers such as HyperScalers, European AI and Carriers. You will work across markets and functions to position GlobalConnect as the preferred digital infrastructure partner — combining our unique fiber and data center footprint with high-capacity, secure, and scalable solutions tailored for hyperscaler needs. You’ll be part of an international, high-impact commercial team working at the intersection of cloud, connectivity, and infrastructure.
You will have highly qualified engineers supporting with technical designs meeting the clients expatations and our Service Management team will secure after sales service to the client’s needs of maximum availability — You will report directly to our Director for Hyperscaler, Datacenter & Media Sales. Here are some examples of key responsibilities during a typical day:

You'll work alongside skilled professionals in a high-trust environment, with room to grow and impact at a strategic level. Who We Are Looking For You are commercially savvy, tech-curious, and understand the hyperscaler landscape from the inside. You’re able to connect the dots between business models, technical requirements, and long-term strategic value. You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-border environment and can operate both at executive level and in the trenches of complex deal-making.
Ideally, you’ve worked with or for a hyperscaler — or in a high-growth infrastructure/technology company serving them. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Proven sales or partner management experience within telecom, infrastructure, or cloudStrong understanding of hyperscaler needs, data center strategy, and interconnectionProven track record of selling, large, complex deals toward hyperscalers or similar, requiring +6-12 months negotiations with senior stakeholders from the client.
