GlobalLogic Marketing & Communications is seeking an experienced and strategic Country Marketing Lead for Sweden to align country business priorities to marketing strategy.

The role will involve actively partnering with EMEA Region Marketing Lead, Global Industry Leads, and Campaign Localization Lead to plan, localize, and activate key campaigns relevant to business needs. The role will involve understanding Sweden’s business priorities via partnership with regional business stakeholders. You will own the adaptation and localization of global messages and campaigns to support revenue, talent, and reputation. You will work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives that promote joint success. You will drive GlobalLogic brand recognition and reputation in local channels in collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoE).

We are seeking a talented, self-driven intrapreneur, a collaborative, and highly motivated candidate with a proven background in helping businesses grow, expand into new territories/business areas and excellent stakeholder management. Ideally, you are a data-driven marketer who brings fresh ideas, strategic focus, and a commitment to excellence every day. The role will report to the Head of Marketing, EMEA. OPEN TO BOTH REMOTE AND HYBRID, based in Cluj or Bucharest, depending of candidate's preference. Requirements: Own the marketing relationship with defined regional stakeholders.

Contribute to driving growth and awareness in the assigned region, in collaboration with Country Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, HR, a. o. Previous Team leadership experience will be valuableExcellent English Language SkillsSwedish Language would be a bonus, not a mustExcellent Stakeholder Management at multiple levelsStrong experience in project management, campaign planning, and running eventsGreat communications and copywriting skillsGood sense of humour and always ready to make some lemonadeJob responsibilities: Partner with CoEs to build the country marketing plan to align with regional business goals and talent demand. Act as conduit between Marketing CoE’s and Regional Business team.

Bring our brand and offerings to life through content localized for your country, contributing to our Core Campaigns. Plan and run country-specific events and own reporting of events. Act as local event execution arm for any industry, partner, or talent events that occur within the country. Pursue and secure media opportunities to boost GlobalLogic’s reputation and brand awareness. Own the management of local website in partnership with Enterprise Services to ensure content is relevant and aligned to our business strategy.

Develop a strong understanding of key clients in your market to help define targeting strategy for local marketing programs. Analyze Return on Investment (ROI) and the effectiveness of local marketing programs to optimize and test future programs based on learnings.
