Job Description

Job DescriptionIn this position you will be responsible for building strong relationships within the Sales team, Clients and GlobeAir Partners in order to promote mutual satisfaction. Some of your daily tasks include: Oversee the sales team's day-to-day operations, including adherence to sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth. Establish a fair 3-month shift roster for the sales team. Provide administrative support to accounting and ensure a qualitative invoice approval process. Monitor and evaluate individual & team performance against set KPIs, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training new team members to ensure a smooth transition and integration. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Liaise with other departments such as business operations, marketing, accounting, and IT to ensure alignment and collaboration. To create sales strategies and decision-making by staying current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Establish clear, measurable sales goals and objectives that align with the organization's overall business strategy.

Utilize the CRM (HubSpot) to increase conversions and deepen client knowledge while maintaining strong, documented SOPs and enhancing communication strategies to improve client relationships. Support Function: Assist VP Sales & Marketing in developing an annual business plan that includes specific, measurable objectives, targets, and initiatives to support the delivery of the business strategy in light of your research and assessment of future sales strategies. Propose associated resource requirements and budgets. QualificationsTo be successful in this position you should be able to demonstrate the following:

Previous experience in B2B sales, B2C, negotiation, brokerage, and/or travel & tourismUniversity Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, and/or equivalent work experience. Business Aviation Experience is a plus. Proven track record of strong sales skills. Experience of excellent customer service and claim managementStrong knowledge of Aviation market dynamics (inhouse and brokerage)Knowledge of sales targets. Experience in a leading position from an international multicultural team is preferred. Must possess confident and effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to foster lasting relationshipsFocus on team success and not personal interests.

Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written), all additional languages are a plus (German language is not required)IT proficiency, excellent MS Office skills and use of computer programs. E. g. Operator, Q2 pricing tool, Leapsome, Personio for shift planning. Problem-solving, good decision-making, interpersonal and communication skills → Team orientation, stress resistance and flexibility.
