Our client, a premier and well established global private alternative investment management firm is seeking to hire an Employee Engagement & Experience Associate based in their NYC office. This role is part of the Employee Engagement & Experience Team (EEE) and aims to support business performance by managing employee experience and maintaining the firm’s culture. Through a multi-faceted approach to engagement, EEE oversees the performance and talent management processes, bi-annual employee engagement survey, internal communications, and programming related to Learning and Development (L&D), Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), and Philanthropy.
The Employee Experience & Engagement Associate will manage the performance and talent management processes, create and coordinate philanthropy and inclusion initiatives, and lead the internal communication efforts. This highly motivated and self-directed individual will collaborate with internal partners like the D&I Council, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Communications, and Corporate Real Estate (CRE), and with external partners. This role requires a knowledgeable, responsible, and detailed oriented individual who thrives in high-pressure environments, has a growth mindset, and can multi-task effectively to get things done.

-Across all areas below, this individual will oversee planning and execution of initiatives including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, coordination, communication, and reporting: o Performance & Talent Management: Own end-to-end project management of performance and talent management processes, including build-out, testing, roll-out, measurement, and enhancement. o D&I: Support the D&I Council and partner with ERGs to coordinate programming and ensure all aspects of employee experience are inclusive. Oversee strategic D&I partnerships, including running an intern program. o Philanthropy:
Lead and manage global philanthropic initiatives and Firm giving, including planning and executing volunteer events, and managing the Benevity platform (donations and employee matching)-Internal Communications: Write and edit all internal communications for EEE to drive employee engagement and retention (e. g. , internal website, emails, scripting events, etc.
)-Facilitate Day 1 New Hire Orientation session in NY to provide overview of EEE initiatives and introduction to Firm-Collaborate with HR business partners, Corporate Real Estate, and key stakeholders to ensure global consistency across all initiatives-Track success metrics to continuously improve outcomes and impact -Provide on-the-ground support for all NY-based EEE initiatives-Work on ad-hoc projects as needed, including supporting new initiatives and brainstorming and leading projects Requirements of the Employee Engagement & Experience Associate: -Degree required -2 - 6 years of human resources experience, ideally in a fast-paced, global organization-Demonstrated experience as a detail Oriented Project Manager:
