Reception Host & Cashier

Job Summary: We’re looking for a vibrant and detail-oriented Reception Host & Cashier who is also willing to step in as a Runner during busy and peak hours. Roles and Responsibilities: Host & Reservation Duties: Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival with a feel-good attitude.

Confirm and manage reservations and walk-ins using the booking system. Guide guests to their tables, present menus, and inform them of any specials or wait times. Manage the waitlist and coordinate efficient table turnover. Answer guest inquiries and update guest profiles for personalized service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area. Cashier & Takeout Duties: Process dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately using the POS system. Handle all payment methods securely (cash, card, mobile). Provide accurate change, receipts, and manage refunds/voids as needed. Package takeaway and delivery orders neatly, ensuring correct labeling and contents.

Assist with end-of-day cash out and basic transaction reconciliation. Keep the cashier and takeout stations clean and fully stocked. Runner & General Support: Support floor staff by running food and beverages to tables. Assist in clearing and resetting tables during peak hours. Help manage merchandise sales (e. g. , t-shirts, pins, packaged goods) and packaging. Restock menus, utensils, bags, promotional materials, and merchandise displays. Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and delivery partners for seamless service. Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, guest-ready environment. QualificationsPreferred: Experience in food & beverage or hospitality in similar roles (host, cashier, runner, reservations).

Excellent communication skills and a confident, cheerful demeanor. Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills; POS experience is a MUST. Professional appearance and a team-focused attitude. Available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluent in EnglishImmediate availability is preferred.
