Present menus to guests and be able to respond to questions about menu items and make recommendations correctly. Ensure that orders are taken correctly and served appropriately. Collect payment and facilitate other payment o,ptions for customers. fornsure appropriate serving procedures at the correct customer dining table. Cleaning tables or counters after guests are done with their dining. Setting up the table with linen and silverware for the next customer. Other related dutduties/responsibilitiesnsure smooth operations of the dining area directed by the line Manager/ Supervisor/Management. Guest / Customer Service: Ensure a cordial execution of customer service.
