Job Description

UnifyCX is looking for an extraordinary Customer Service and Technical Support Agents to join our motivated and ambitious team in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. What Will You Do? This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, empathetic, and passionate about delivering excellent support. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile services, network connectivity, and devices. Guide customers through problem-solving steps and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Process account-related requests, such as activations, plan changes, and billing inquiries. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. Who are you?To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and/or technical support, preferably in telecommunications. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism. B2 English proficiency Who We Are:
