Jamuna Future Park is looking for GM- Mall Operations ( Jamuna Future Park)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob Context:The General Manager – Mall Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving strategic marketing and operational initiatives to enhance shopper experience, brand visibility, and business performance. The GM will manage marketing and operational functions within key areas of Jamuna Future Park including the Food Court, Future World, Players Club, Vogue Lifestyle, and Convention areas. Duties & Responsibilities :Oversee and supervise all customer service-related activities in coordination.Supervise & Monitoring all work of customer service with the collaboration of engineering dept.Coordinate with the Security Department to monitor and supervise the mall’s opening and closing times.Resolve all operational issues of the mall by providing guidelines, assignments, and supervision of all floor executives.Accept complaints from all shops through the executives and arrange for resolution through the relevant engineering department.Coordinate with the Security Department to ensure the safety of the mall’s businesses and take necessary actions.Coordinate with Sales, Branding, and other departments to improve the business-friendly environment within the mall.Provide reports to senior management on ways to develop the business within the mall.Take necessary actions to maintain discipline within the mall and, if any operational issues are observed, resolve them in coordination with the Engineering Department. Take actions to improve the quality of various services in the mall and ensure the availability of utilities and logistical services in coordination with relevant parties.Implement mall modernization initiatives as per the instructions of the Head of the Engineering Department.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Experience RequirementsAt least 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hotel,Real Estate,Amusement Park,Shopping mallAdditional RequirementsIn-depth knowledge of branding, market penetration strategies, brand ROI analysis.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Tools.Strategic planning and analytical problem-solving capabilities.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Experience in effective product launches and re- launches.Bilingual fluency in Bangla and English (written and spoken) Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and innovation mindset.Self-driven and innovative attitude and have problem solving and decision making skills with capability to work in teams.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Job LocationDhaka
