100% Export Oriented Knit Garments Manufacturing Company is looking for GM (HOD)-Maintenance & Utility (Knit Composite Garments Factory)Job Description / ResponsibilityTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in compressed air and utility systems. · Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance, Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc Monitor energy efficiency and implement cost-saving strategies. Analyze machine layout and production processes to identify and reduce power wastage. Develop and apply load management strategies for optimal energy usage. Recommend and install inverters, energy-saving lighting, and ventilation systems. Coordinate with unit heads to monitor and control energy usage trends. Detect and seal air leakages in compressed air systems. Establish routine maintenance and monitoring schedules for compressors and pipelines. Maintain logs for compressor run time, maintenance, and energy usage for analysis and reporting. Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements. Ensure peak performance of compressors and utility equipment. Lead the utility and maintenance team to uphold high operational standards. Conduct training sessions on energy conservation and machine maintenance. To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.Educational RequirementsBachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical EngineeringB.Sc in Mechanical Engineering graduates from BUET, SUST, RUET, CUET, KUET will get preference.[Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology ]students will get preferenceSkills Required: Operation & Maintenance, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Maintenance and TroubleshootingExperience RequirementsAt least 14 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,TextileAdditional RequirementsTechnical knowledge in related machines and production process.
