Role Description This is a full-time role for a Koordinator Teknik. The Koordinator Teknik will oversee daily technical maintenance activities, including electrical, mechanical, conditioning, BMS, security systems, and other relevant systems. Responsibilities include managing routine maintenance tasks, addressing technical issues, coordinating asset and contract management, and ensuring preventive maintenance plans are implemented effectively. This is an on-site role located in Tirana.
Qualifications Technical skills in electrical, mechanical, conditioning, BMS, security systems, home automation, data systems, fire protection systems, and camera systemsExperience in managing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance plansStrong coordination and asset management skillsExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work on-site and effectively communicate with team members and clientsPrevious experience in a similar role in the maintenance industry is a plusRelevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering or a related field
