We focus on Creative and Performance Marketing for direct-to-consumer eCommerce businesses, with a specialty in the health & wellness and beauty brands. ResponsibilitiesAs the Growth Strategist you will be executing on the following: Superior understanding of Consumer Behaviour and Marketing PsychologyPlanning, documentation and presentation of strategies for your clients. In-Depth Creative Strategy for all assigned clientsOverall client performance and hitting set KPIs - testing, optimising and scaling.

Full Accountability for Leading and Managing content creation and media buying, prioritising work and time allocated to each client on a weekly and daily basisFollowing GMedia’s ad account best practice structures, testing rules and playbooksProject management of any additional assets that may need production - landing pages/funnel builds, questionnaire forms, messenger bot etcWriting ad copy that Eugene Schwartz would be proud of and driving the overall creative strategy on all accounts, with support from your creative teamYou will hold yourself accountable for all aspects of your client accounts - wins and mistakes. . .
