Maintaining accurate records of joint venture transactions and agreements and facilitating timely reporting to stakeholders. Organizing meetings and managing correspondence between joint venture partners.

Developing and implementing strategies to optimize joint venture performance and enhance mutual benefits. Providing support to joint venture teams, resolving issues, and fostering positive working relationships. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing joint venture operations. Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to achieve joint venture objectives. Supporting the negotiation and implementation of joint venture agreements and contracts. คุณสมบัติ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the entertainment industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, N2 above. Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations in both languages.
