Job Description

For one of our clients based in Kaiseraugst, we are seeking a GMP Process Expert for commercial pharmaceutical production. You will ensure compliance with GMP requirements relating to the plants, processes and manufactured products in their area.**Please note for this position, we are looking for someone with a C1 level in German. Key ResponsibilitiesBatch record review in Manufacturing Execution System (MES)Processing of deviations, complaints, changes and CAPAs as well as conducting root cause analysesSupport for technical projects in a GMP environmentProduction & process responsibility: Data-based analysis of key performance indicators to increase efficiency, quality assurance and process monitoring in production; support with launches, transfers and process questions.Documentation & batch management: Review of batch records, SAP booking control and management of GMP documents.Manufacturing Execution System (MES): Creation, testing and maintenance of recipes, manufacturing instructions and master batch records.Quality & deviation management: Processing of deviations, complaints, changes and CAPAs; conducting root cause analyses and trend analyses.Inspection management & quality risk management (QRM): Preparation and support of audits/inspections; responsibility for risk analyses and their moderation.Training & safety: Organisation and implementation of training courses; ensuring occupational safety and environmental protection in the area.Projects & KPIs: Support for technical projects in a GMP environment with associated documentation; KPI reviews, standardisation and use of LPS tools, process improvement.QualificationsCompleted pharmaceutical, scientific or technical studies, equivalent vocational training or professional experience with further trainingAt least 2 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production, development, quality assurance and control or a related industryGMP experienceVery good communication skills, spoken and written, in German (at least C1) and EnglishThis position includes on-call duties.Job Type: 1 year contractStart Date: 01/01/2026Home Office: 1 day per week maximumWork Location: KaiseraugstCountry: SwitzerlandWorkload: 100%*While we appreciate every application, please note that due to the high volume of responses, we may only be able to contact shortlisted candidates.**Please note that we can only consider EU/Schengen applications
