Role DescriptionCreate, develop and manage social media contentCollaborate & cooperate with the team to ensure events, activations & key client milestones are marketed on social mediaMonitor and manage paid social media campaigns & advertisements end to end; including research, scheduling and reportingUse initiative to take creative control & judgement about style, aesthetic & effectivenessWork cooperatively with key team members (within internal team and cross-functional teams), clients and suppliersResearching, writing and scheduling and publishing contentTrend watching and digital landscape researchCommunity management on social media channels; this includes flagging any critical issues or feedback to the clientProvide clear and concise briefs and feedback to the design teamImplementing & developing social strategies in line with time frames & deadlinesSkills RequiredAt least 1 year experience in similar role or in digital/social media content creationStrong passion for social media and digital marketingHigh attention to detailDemonstrable writing and editing skillsDemonstrable knowledge of social media platformsIntermediate to advanced skills Microsoft Office/G-SuiteExcellent communication skills – verbal, visual, and writtenStrong ability to multi-task & deliver high quality work within small timeframesAbility to operate autonomously, as well as within a team environmentUnderstanding of social media monitoring/listening toolsUnderstanding social media analyticsFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Interested candidates please submit your application through Jobstore
