For more information, visit www.pepsico.comResponsibilitiesCollaborate with commercial teams in terms of collecting GTM information, needs & updates, mapping them and presenting them in an actionable way to respective stakeholders Support SFA Superuser activities on data management & E2E testingResponsibilities: Set up the necessary tools to assist sales team in monitoring and controlling routes effectiveness Responsible for monitoring, analysis and implementation of perfect store execution (segmentation, coolers, PicOS, etc) Prepare and present ad hoc sensitivity analysis transforming data into meaningful insights. Support Time Motion Projects which aim to rationalize time spent per P.O.S. Support SFA Superuser activities related to data management and load. Act as SFA first line support for Field & HQ teams to ensure quick problem identification & solutionQualifications Bachelor/MSC in Management, Economics, Engineering or relevant fields Excellent level of MS Office - in particular Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Excellent communication skills Excellent written & oral English Minimum 2-3 years experience in any of: Business analytics, Trade marketing analytics, Sales Analytics preferably in FMCG business. Previous experience in commercial roles, especially involving field & instore implementation will be considered an asset Strong numeric acumen with proven ability to process data, analyze results & synthesize conclusions Strong result driven mindset
