About the CompanyAt Eztia, we are building the next generation of advanced materials, starting with wearable passive cooling for high-heat, high-risk environments. Our mission is to protect people on the front lines of rising global temperatures — from construction crews and factory workers, to elite athletes and military units.Our core technology is a proprietary cooling material that operates without requiring electricity, batteries, or moving parts. It is flexible, lightweight, and designed to integrate seamlessly into garments and equipment worn in the world’s toughest conditions.About the RoleAs our Go-to-Market & Customer Success Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the early commercial growth of Eztia. You will engage directly with our customers, help us land and expand strategic pilots, and translate real-world insights into product improvements. This role sits at the center of product, sales, and customer success—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to help build a company from the ground up. This is a leadership-track role for someone excited to build new processes, wear many hats, and help us win early and critical markets. This lead will own growth outcomes while being based in Asia. What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for customers and early adopters across industries and regionsGather, synthesize, and present feedback from users to drive product iteration and deployment strategyDevelop scalable playbooks for pilot success, conversion, and expansionCollaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations to ensure pilots translate into long-term partnershipsContribute to go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning across sectors including construction, logistics, defense, and performance apparelSupport global field operations, including customer onboarding and data collectionHelp build internal infrastructure, e.g. customer success processes and cross-functional communication loopsTravel as needed to meet with customers and ensure success in the field (especially in the early phases)What We're Looking ForDemonstrated leadership and comfort in high-pressure, ambiguous environmentsA strong sense of empathy and communication skills, especially across diverse users and industriesGrit, creativity, and a track record of solving unstructured problemsBias toward action and outcomes over processComfort with cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, and executive teamsWillingness to travel internationally and represent the company on-site with customersExperience in startups, customer success, or operations preferred, but not requiredBackground in high-performance environments (military, athletics, logistics, etc.) is a plusWhat We OfferThe compensation range for this position includes a competitive salary and equity package, commensurate with experience.We also offer:Support for field travel and customer engagementOpportunities to grow into broader leadership roles as the company scalesThe chance to build something that delivers tangible impact from the earliest stagesEztia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
