Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1.Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new energy vehicle (NEV) products across key European markets, with initial focus on Germany.2.Conduct in-depth market research, user insight studies, and competitive benchmarking in the automotive sector, especially NEV segments.3.Collaborate closely with HQ product, brand, sales and R&D teams to ensure product positioning, feature localization and value propositions align with local market needs.4.Design and implement localized product launch plans, including pricing, channel strategies, communication plans and sales enablement.5.Monitor post-launch performance, identify gaps/opportunities, and drive continuous GTM optimization.6.Act as a strong local voice to represent customer insights and ecosystem feedback to HQ teams.7.Build and maintain relationships with local dealers, mobility service providers, and industry associations.Qualifications1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or related fields.2.Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in GTM, product marketing, strategy, or launch management roles.3.Proven track record in planning and executing market entry or product launch projects in Europe, preferably in the NEV or tech sector.4.Deep understanding of the European (especially German) automotive landscape, consumer preferences, and regulatory context.5.Strong analytical, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.6.Native-level German and fluent English are required; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.Preferred Candidate Profile 1.Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset; capable of driving things from 0 to 1.2.Culturally agile, able to navigate between Chinese HQ and European business environments.3.Passionate about mobility, innovation, and sustainable transportation.
