TP-Link Ukraine is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to support the continuous growth of our Consumer Business Group. As a market leader in the networking industry, TP-Link is focused on strengthening its horizontal salesforce network. We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to enhance channel development depth, implement product strategies, and achieve marketing and sales objectives.Position OverviewAs a GTM Specialist, you will play a key role throughout the entire product management cycle — from market research and product strategy definition to new product launches, channel model planning, and ongoing sales performance monitoring across each product lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive market research to support import decisions, including market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, and potential evaluation.Manage the complete GTM process — from product forecasting, stock planning, and new product pricing to launch execution, marketing scheduling, sales growth, and product performance feedback.Lead and drive sales plans for new and focus products, ensuring continuous tracking and analysis of sales performance across various channels.Collaborate closely with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to implement GTM strategies and coordinate related business actions.Summarize sales results and prepare reports from a GTM perspective for management review and decision-making.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in consumer product Go-to-Market projects or product management.Experience in wholesale, retail, or e-commerce sales, preferably within the IT or consumer electronics sector.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including market research, new product introduction, pricing strategy, and marketing/PR planning.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally to deliver shared goals.Strong commercial awareness, analytical mindset, and continuous improvement approach.What It’s Like to Work at TP-LinkAt TP-Link, we value energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
