With over 160 years of industrial heritage and decades of experience in automotive innovation, Changan has formed strategic partnerships with leading OEMs and is now accelerating its expansion into the European market.Following our successful market entry in Western Europe, Changan is now preparing to launch its next phase of development in Central and Eastern Europe—starting with Poland.Position OverviewAs Go-To-Market Manager – Poland, you will lead all activities related to product launch and market introduction. Acting as the critical link between central functions and local operations, you will ensure that Changan’s vehicle lineup is introduced in Poland with maximum market fit, commercial readiness, and long-term scalability.You will shape and execute the go-to-market roadmap, adapt product messaging for local audiences, and ensure all cross-functional teams—from product and pricing to retail and marketing—are fully aligned.Key Responsibilities1. Market Launch Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute localized go-to-market strategies for each product line in Poland (EVs, hybrids, etc.).Translate central brand messaging and product narratives into content that resonates with Polish consumers.Lead cross-functional launch teams, aligning commercial elements including pricing, positioning, training, and offer strategy.2. Sales Enablement & Local AdaptationSupport sales and dealer teams with launch toolkits, training sessions, and customer-facing materials.Partner with marketing to drive lead generation and early-stage customer engagement initiatives.Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and dealer input to optimize GTM execution.3. Cross-functional CoordinationServe as the local liaison between central marketing, product, and retail functions and external stakeholders (dealers, leasing firms, agencies).Manage GTM timelines and ensure readiness across digital tools, POS assets, and local launch campaigns.Ensure consistent brand execution across all customer touchpoints.4. Market Insights & Continuous OptimizationMonitor competitors, market trends, and regulatory developments in Poland’s automotive and EV space.Provide insights and recommendations on product adjustments, offer optimization, or communication tactics.Contribute to the development of the end-to-end customer journey with a focus on Polish consumer behavior and expectations.Professional Experience:Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry, ideally with experience at an OEM or importer/distributor level.Strong understanding of the Polish automotive market, including EV adoption trends, dealer landscape, and consumer buying behavior.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders.Skills & Competencies:Deep knowledge of go-to-market operations: launch planning, pricing, dealer support, digital readiness.Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural and cross-border team environment.Commercially savvy, data-driven, and hands-on in execution.Language Requirements:Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
