About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to cover a maternity leave for a period of 12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for float balance management, ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of gift cards from our global vendor network, optimizing stock levels, and managing vendor relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant contribution to our global operations. You will be a part of our Partner Relations team. Key Responsibilities: Float Balance Management: Monitor and maintain float balances with vendors, ensuring optimal levels to meet demand while minimizing cost and risk, and handling invoice management. Proactively manage float allocation to balance vendor requests, promotional activities, and operational needs. Analyze float usage patterns and identify opportunities for optimization. Support our Cash Pool Management in strong collaboration with our Finance Team. Stock Level Management:

Maintain sufficient stock levels of gift cards from our global vendor network to meet customer demand. Utilize our customized demand planner and Qlik BI Datawarehouse to forecast demand and adjust stock levels accordingly. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to anticipate promotional needs and ensure adequate stock availability. Identify and address potential stock shortages or overages proactively. Vendor Administration & Communication: Manage the administrative tasks associated with onboarding new vendors, including documentation and contract management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information in our systems. Handle ad hoc communication with vendors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. Qualifications: Analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Qlik). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English (Company Language). Other languages are a plus but not a requirement.
