Goldwind, a trusted global strategic partner in clean energy, is seeking a Government Affairs Manager/Government Relations Manager for our Investment & Project Development Function in the Central Asia region. The role is based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and requires both domestic and international business trip, primarily in Central Asia region.
ResponsibilitiesUndertake periodic research on renewable energy policy and advise sales, investment and project delivery teams on regulatory development in Central Asia;Monitor legal and regulatory development, analyze its impact and develop response plan in timely manner; Development and expand working-level relationships with central and local governments,Attend and arrange meetings, seminars and other external events on behalf of the company to promote Goldwind brand; Engage internally with various functions to facilitate effective operations in the region.
QualificationsWorking proficiency in Russian language, proficiency in Chinese language is a plus;Preferably 10+ years work experiences and 5+ years experiences in government relations/government affairs/public affairs/management consulting/investment sectors;In-depth knowledge on renewable energy industry in Central Asia;University degree;Strong oral and written communication skills.
