We’re looking for a Paralegal to strengthen our Operations Team and play a key role in the delivery of our services to clients. This is not a traditional paralegal role – you’ll be at the crossroads of law, technology, and process innovation.
Your RoleAs a Paralegal – Legal Operations & Compliance Innovation, you will: ✅ Support client projects and occasionally work directly with clients. ✅ Help build and maintain the knowledge resources that power our methodology (policies, registers, toolkits, processes, etc. ). ✅ Collaborate closely with internal “owners” of specific legal or business areas. ✅ Bridge law & tech: work with ClauseBuddy (contract automation), process flow tools (Camunda/Zeebe), and AI-powered assistants to make compliance more actionable. What We’re Looking ForTrilingual: French, Dutch, English (spoken & written). Legal background (law or paralegal studies). Tech-curious mindset – comfortable with modern tools & eager to learn.
