Job SummaryThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and driving revenue growth through B2B and B2C channels. You will play a key role in promoting our golf tourism packages, developing strategic alliances, and enhancing brand visibility in target markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Develop and maintain relationships with golf clubs, travel agencies, tour operators, resorts, and corporate partners. Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet company growth targets. Attend and represent the company at golf events, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that attract and retain clients. Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and close deals with prospective clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. Provide detailed reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in tourism, sports travel, or luxury experiences preferably in Golfing Industry. Strong understanding of the golf industry and travel trends. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and close deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Preferred SkillsExisting network within the golf, luxury travel, or tourism sectors. Knowledge of golf course destinations and tournament schedules. CRM and sales automation tools (e. g.

, HubSpot, Salesforce). Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
