Create and schedule email campaigns, including design, testing, deployment, and post-campaign reports. Document constituent communication journeys and mapping information flows.

Apply critical problem-solving to deliver custom communication solutions. Implement development best practices across multiple communication mediums including email, SMS, digital assistants (e. g. chatbots), app push notifications, and emerging engagement methods. Effectively leverage marketing technologies such as Journey Builder and Flow. Utilize Marketing Cloud to manage data extensions, subscriber lists, and segmentation groups. Manage the reporting, dashboards, and other analytics outputs for Marketing Cloud campaigns and capably conduct regular presentations of results to stakeholders. Review and adapt communication plans to shifting trends and product evolution.
