Detailed schedule: Monday: Off Tuesday: 11: 00 AM - 8: 00 PM Wednesday: 10: 00 AM - 8: 00 PM Thursday: 6: 00 AM - 4: 00 PM Friday: 11: 00 AM - 8: 00 PM Saturday: 7: 00 AM - 7: 00 PM or 8: 00 AM - 8: 00 PM (one Saturday off per month) Job Description: A family of four living in Cologny, Geneva, is seeking a full-time nanny to work alongside their current nanny. Their children will be a 20-month-old boy and a 5-year-old girl as of November.
The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, interested in child learning and development, able to work in a team, and adaptable to their children's changing needs as they grow. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Caring for the baby and toddler:
feeding, putting to sleep/naps, playing, and taking to activities Availability to travel if required Occasional overnight work (paid separately) Driving children to activities, doctor appointments, and other outings with parental agreement Developing and following a weekly plan in coordination with parents, including outdoor activities Researching and suggesting development activities suitable for the children's age and milestones Keeping children's rooms clean and organized Managing children's clothing, laundry, and seasonal needs Planning and preparing children's meals in accordance with dietary and hygiene requirements, coordinating with housekeeping and parents Keeping toys and other items clean and sterilized when needed Managing stocks of child-related products (diapers, wipes, hygiene items) and informing parents in advance Keeping parents informed about children's whereabouts, sleep, and activities throughout the day Being flexible to evolving child development requirements Picking up and dropping off children at school and outings with prior parental consent RequirementsRequirements:
Valid driving license At least 3 years' experience as a nanny in a private family setting EU passport or valid Swiss work permit Verifiable references Fluency in English and French Availability to travel if requiredBenefitsSalary to discuss with the family.
