Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales or business development. 5 years of experience in a people management role. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to manage the client relationships in the market. Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience creating and implementing sales strategies with customers in China.

Experience with cross-functional collaboration and project management with business insight and data analysis with data sense. Experience of building teams through coaching and a growth mindset. Experience in solution promotion. Ability to grow in a changing environment and take ownership, secure support and remove obstacles. Excellent collaborating and problem-solving skills. About the jobWithin Google Customer Solutions (GCS), the Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) program is designed to support small and medium sized businesses with significant growth potential. AGT specializes in building full funnel strategies to increase customers return on investment, scale customer business base, and ultimately make business grow.

This team is to identify and grow client prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem and set them up for accelerated and sustainable growth on platforms. Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow.

ResponsibilitiesManage, inspire and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing Googlers to create a goal-oriented culture with inclusivity and collaboration in mind. Coach the team by engaging with and influencing stakeholders across teams portfolios to deliver client success and shared business results. Lead the team in analyzing customer data and industry trends to identify opportunities and pipelines and develop plans to accelerate growth for customers or partners. Lead and strengthen executive-level relationships through C-level meetings, business reviews and speaking engagements.

Ensure team readiness to deliver digital solutions. Create a culture of sales innovation and customer success on the team based on various team environments.
