In this role, you will collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify opportunities and promote Google’s programs, products, and services across its owned and operated properties, focusing on the Google homepage. This critical role drives cross-product area and cross-functional coordination for HPPs (homepage promotions) - think of the HPP as a daily headline that tells the world what Google cares about. HPPs work to drive awareness of our product announcements as well as boost Google's brand perception. You will help foster sustainable, long-term growth and re-envision the homepage promotions (HPP) marketing program across Google products (e. g.
, Gemini, Pixel, Maps, Search, Shopping, other cross-product area initiatives) to enhance consumer engagement. You will be leading the curation and editorial excellence of content on high-visibility platforms. You will ensure alignment with Google's brand and seamless user experiences by expertly blending editorial judgment, product knowledge, and data-driven insights to shape narratives and maximize user engagement and delight. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the goal for content curation across owned and operated channels, including Homepage Promo, aligning editorial choices with company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), product value and Google's brand. Build partnerships with product, marketing, and brand teams, ensuring content reflects product capabilities and resonates with target audiences.
Leverage analytics and user research to guide editorial choices, measure impact, and continuously refine content strategies. Stay ahead of emerging trends in content curation, digital storytelling, and user experience to drive innovation. Manage day-to-day operations of the Google HPP channel, and coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely execution of planned campaigns.
