Full Job Description and Requirements:We are a web development and digital marketing agency helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed in today’s fast-changing digital landscape. For the past six years, we’ve been building scalable “All-in-One” web development and digital marketing plans designed to work for businesses in any industry.We’re excited to announce that we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to become an integral part of our team.Reporting directly to me (Founder and CEO), you will take full ownership of managing all inbound leads. This includes leads from Google and YouTube Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, organic traffic, direct inquiries, word-of-mouth, and referrals. Many prospects will reach out directly or book calls through our calendar system.We have well-documented SOPs for every step of the sales process—from setting meetings, to running strategy sessions, to delivering proposals, to closing contracts. Up to this point, I’ve personally handled all sales myself, running over 400+ sales meetings as CEO. We have a great close rate and while I am in the owner and have an advantage there, I am untrained in sales and I believe there are a lot of tactics that could be implemented to hold this close rate or increase it. You will have access to all of my past recorded sales calls for training, and we’ll start with you joining me on calls to get fully up to speed.We are looking for someone with proven experience in sales for marketing or web development agencies, who understands how to sell services like web development, digital ads, SEO, and social media management. You don’t need to be an expert in delivering these services, but you must have a solid understanding of what they are and how to present their value to prospects.
