The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

As a Manager of Music Content Partnerships for YouTube Music vertical, you will be running programs with artists, managers, record labels and industry bodies as you are working cross-functionally with colleagues in marketing, product, business, operations, comms and legal to ensure our partners and our users enjoy the best experience possible. ResponsibilitiesInitiate and manage day-to-day partner relationships and engagements, including activating partners' YouTube channels fostering their utilization of YouTube features, hosting and supporting education events for the industry. Work with partners to run YouTube's artist marketing programs and business/performance review meetings.

Consolidate product feedback from partners, and manage troubleshooting partner operations, including copyright issue navigation. Create relationships with artists, managers and record labels, to renew existing partnerships, and to optimize opportunities, cultivate relationships to make sure they take advantage of YouTube's ever-growing suite of offerings. Support artist bookings for Google/YouTube initiatives (e. g. , YouTube Fanfest, Brandcast). Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
