Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. Ability to communicate English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with Google Ads and measurement solutions. Experience in public speaking to multiple audiences with excellent presentation and speaking skills. Ability to build relations and business with executives. Excellent marketing and business skills along with the understanding of digital marketing. Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills.

The Lithuania base salary range for this full-time position is EUR 74,000-76,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with clients and partner stakeholders. Develop an understanding of their business tests, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Structure a joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success. Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
Develop recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with recommendations to present to customers. Build an understanding of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet marketing objectives.
