8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Experience with creative content marketing and strategy. Experience with Project Management. Preferred qualifications: Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption. Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders. Experience in Influencer Marketing and Industry Trends. Experience with Creative Direction, Creative Judgement, Creativity. Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.

Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements. In this role, you will help clients and agencies develop, resonant and business defining branded content on YouTube (YT). You will be passionate about the platform, stay updated with YT trends and formats and creator/content fans.

You will be working for clients looking to develop relevant relationships with audiences. You will be supporting Google’s key advertisers with sponsorship and custom creator content, guiding brands from foundational best practices to unique audience intelligence and through creative production and optimization. You will anticipate emerging trends and broker exclusive creators and cultural partnerships, ensuring every campaign on the planet's most influential video platform is as effective as possible. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the content needs of our advertisers across. Understand platform trends and the creator ecosystem, comfort working with/managing third-party production vendors, and the ability to grow in a matrixed organization. Assist in thedevelopment of creative content strategies for advertisers.

Partner with Strategists to turn audience insights and key YouTube trends into client recommendations. Generate ideas, design, and help pitch custom digital marketing programs for Google’s premier ad clients. Support the production process during content initiatives with our partners. Maintain vendor relationships, lead project management, ensure quality of work and happy clients and partners. Educate teams with materials for client conversations to inspire new opportunities.
