Job Description

Minimum qualifications: 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment or experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and planning, executing and managing site-wide initiatives. Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience working in executive support. Experience in calendar management over international time-zones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events. Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment along with collaboration and communication skills across a varied range of people and job functions.

Mentor and guide other Administrative Business Partners across the region. Establish partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization. Make decisions using the judgment and discretion in ambiguous, and time-sensitive situations. Understand the business and their people needs, identify process or operational improvements to allow the business to run efficiently.
