About the role:We are looking for an experienced Google Workspace Engineer to join our team and help design, implement, and optimize enterprise collaboration environments. You will play a key role in managing Google Workspace services, automating processes, and ensuring security and compliance across a global organization. This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to contribute to architecture, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesManage Google Workspace core services (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Groups, Sites) via Admin Console.Configure security policies (2FA, OAuth, SSO, DLP) and ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR).Develop automation scripts using Google Apps Script, Python, or GAM (Google Apps Manager).Integrate Google Workspace with identity management systems and third-party applications.Implement monitoring and alerting using Google Admin Audit Logs, Security Dashboard, and BigQuery.Optimize performance and resource usage, including license management and cost control.Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems or Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.Define and implement best practices for email routing, shared drives, and collaboration tools.Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.Maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, ARD, KB articles, operational procedures).Provide technical assistance for incidents and requests.Educate end-users and stakeholders on Google Workspace features and security best practices.Requirements:3+ years of experience in Google Workspace administration and engineering.Strong knowledge of Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Groups, and security configurations.Hands-on experience with automation and scripting (Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell).Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and integration with third-party tools.Understanding of identity management (OAuth, SAML, SCIM) and compliance frameworks.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Professional working proficiency in English (B2+).Nice-to-Have:Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and automation tools.What We Offer:Long-term, stable role with opportunities for growth and specialization.Flexible benefits tailored to your needs.Financial support for certifications and recognized training programs.A dynamic, well-connected team with frequent community events.Premium medical insurance, free coaching, and psychotherapy sessions.Access to cutting-edge technologies and impactful projects in a fast-paced industry.About Us:Computacenter is a leading independent technology and services provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organizations.
