Job Summary And Requirements This posting This posting will be used to fill one permanent full-time position, working 75 hours bi-weekly. Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can think strategically but also has an eye for detail and is intrigued by variety in their day and assisting others to perform their tasks more efficiently. The Role Using the Yukon Health and Social Services Quality and Learning Framework, this position supports evidence-informed decision-making and drives continuous quality and safety improvements within the Continuing Care Division. Responsibilities include managing projects, collecting and analyzing data, and translating findings into statistical reports for senior management.

The role also ensures organizational compliance with Accreditation Canada Standards by preparing and submitting evidence, coordinating readiness activities, and leading the organization through successful on-site accreditation visits. Experience and knowledge in quality improvement including project charter’s, research, planning, analysis and reporting health indicators and/or performance measures. Project management experience in a health or social services program delivery context. Experience in developing standards and protocols. Experience presenting to and facilitating groups of stakeholders and leading committees/meetings while building strong partnerships with stakeholders would be an asset. Strong oral and written communication skills; including the ability to share and disseminate information effectively. Ability to project manage and produce effective results under tight and changing deadlines. Analytical and critical thinking skills including: ability to approach problems/projects using a logical and systematic approach. ability to critically review literature and evidence and formulate appropriate recommendations Ability to identify program deficiencies and respond appropriately.
