Together we’ll help to imagine and deliver solutions that prepare organizations for the future — overcoming new challenges and embracing the opportunities that come with advances in technology during this new digital age.#YourRoleYour role as a Government & Public Sector Business Analyst / Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results.In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.During your tenure as a Government & Public Sector Business Analyst / Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:Analyze and document the client’s current state process designs by using business process management techniques (e.g. BPMN, RACI, SIPOC, VSM, etc.);Identify and document any pain points/quality issues/inefficiencies/non-value-adding activities leading to poor performance;Define the process efficiency metrics (KPIs) and the appropriate SLAs;Generate business requirement documents for key process improvement projects;Effectively monitor project and program implementation;Analyze business requirements and prepare technical and functional specifications and develop tender documents;Manage and deliver projects and proposals;Deal with project research and participate in report writing process;Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients.#WinningRequirementsTo qualify for the role you must have:Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, International Studies, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Engineering;Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or similar will be considered a plus;Between 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a consulting firm or related professional area with emphasis on providing advisory services to public sector organizations;Knowledge and prior experience in areas related to Government and Public Sector Services gained through serving Greek public administration, European Institutions and / or International Donor Organizations across multiple policy areas;Prior experience in preparation of responses to Greek public sector and European tenders;Understanding of the latest trends across various policy areas (e.g., general public services, economic affairs, environmental protection, social policies), along with insights into major planned Greek public sector reforms and the funding or financing opportunities available for their implementation;Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop insights from quantitative and qualitative information;Experience in management of co-funded projects will be considered as a plus;Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments;Strong oral and written Greek & English language communication skills;Computer literacy;Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.#AboutTechnology&TransformationFive core competency areas make up our Technology & Transformation service line:Cyber;Engineering, AI & Data;Enterprise, Technology & Performance;Finance Transformation;Customer;Human Capital.We exist to solve complex problemsOur consultants are renowned for their straightforward approach to solving some of the world’s largest and most complex business challenges.
