Position PurposeSeeking HR talent to join the world’s leading distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts and value-added services. Working with a highly talented team, you will provide end-to-end HR support and take ownership of delivering high-quality services to employees & leaders, ensuring their interaction with HR results in a positive experience. Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with our international team. You will play an integral role in developing our unique culture onsite, where everyone feels valued and engaged.
ResponsibilitiesActing as the point of contact for employees regarding HR, payroll, and benefits-related topics Responsible for onboarding process formalities, coordinating communication with new joiners, hiring managers, and benefits providers; managing the overall onboarding agenda and improving the process Ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll inputs — coordinating the payroll process from data collection to payments, gathering inputs, validating and checking payroll results, and closely cooperating with the external payroll provider Responsible for comprehensive HR administration in accordance with Polish regulations (creating employment contracts, benefits administration, ZFŚS administration, supervision of medical examinations and H&S training, etc.
) Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Preparing periodic HR reports and analyses for the HR department, management and public institutions Cooperating closely with other HR team members, as well as with TA, Finance, and Office management teams Participating in HR-related projects and process optimisation initiatives.
RequirementsProven 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role Strong knowledge of HR practices, Polish labour law, and payroll processes Good communication skills in both Polish and English, written and spoken Well organised with hands-on problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working with data Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Experience with Workday and ADP systems is a plus Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in ExcelLocationKrakow/Hybrid
