Job DescriptionGet to know the TeamYou will be under the Deliveries Team which covers strategy and operations.

We analyze and collaborate partners to improve the Grab experience of our delivery-partners, merchants and eaters. Get to know the RoleYou will drive initiatives for GrabExpress, manage GrabSupport projects, and spearhead product launches on the Grab Consumer app, to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives. You will report directly to the Manager, Deliveries. You will be based onsite at our Exquadra Tower, Ortigas office. The Critical Tasks You Will PerformProfit and Loss (P&L) Management & Optimization: You will directly monitor and analyze the P&L statement for the deliveries business, identifying trends and opportunities.

You will translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and clear business cases to support strategic decisions. Special Projects: You will lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects from conceptualization and planning through to execution, monitoring, and post-mortem analysis. You will coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful rollout.
