Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Data & AI Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of AI-enabled systems. In this role, you’ll: Work alongside experienced engineers and AI practitioners to design robust data pipelines, prepare high-quality training data, and support the deployment of models across our platforms. Enable our Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture to surface actionable insights from our data warehouse.

Empower analysts and engineers with reliable, reproducible, and well-documented access to the data they need for experimental workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills at the intersection of data engineering, AI/ML, and business intelligence. You’ll support workflows from prompt and embedding experiments to fine-tuning and evaluating models, contributing to the development of GEN+, our next-generation platform that leverages data and AI to deliver real-time insights, enhance user experiences, and enable predictive analytics and data visualisation. What We’re Looking For in youData Integration & Engineering:

Design and build robust data pipelines and integrations with external APIs (e. g. , Twilio, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Slack) to support seamless data flows across platforms. Dataset Management: Prepare, manage, and optimize datasets for research experiments, fine-tuning, prompt evaluation, and A/B testing to enable high-quality AI workflows. AI Integration: Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) data layers to improve model context awareness and performance. Research & Experimentation: Support AI/ML experimentation by provisioning versioned datasets, logging experiment metadata, and ensuring reproducible inputs and outputs. Analytics & Insights:

Build tools and frameworks to deliver actionable insights for users, including personalized dashboards, predictive analytics, and performance visualizations. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality data-driven solutions. Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in system performance, reliability, and the CI/CD toolchain to support rapid and safe deployments. Code Quality: Conduct peer reviews and uphold high coding standards to ensure maintainable and secure software. Data Governance: Embed data privacy, security, and compliance practices into all solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements. Why Join Us?Work with purpose:
