Regular audit and training to ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain quality data. Development of Activity Based Funding (ABF), in conjunction with the Clinical Coding Manager, Finance Manager and RCSI Hospitals Group. Manage, support and develop departmental staff. Engage with clinicians, nurses and hospital management as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop the function and awareness of HIPE throughout the hospital.Implement any new initiatives that would enhance the HIPE Clinical Coding function to ensure accuracy and completeness of data coded in conjunction with colleagues.
