Join our Risk and Assurance team as a Graduate and help us audit and enhance key business functions using insights from enterprise systems.This role offers exposure to a wide range of functions across the business, including IT, Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing, Trading and Health & Safety, and involves working with data-driven tools to assess risks, improve controls, and automate assurance processes.What You’ll Be Doing Supporting audits and assurance reviews across business functions using data from core systems Analysing business processes and identifying control gaps or improvement opportunities Using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python) to extract insights and support risk assessments Assisting in the automation of assurance activities using digital tools and AI where appropriate Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and monitor risk indicators Contributing to reports and dashboards for senior leadership on business risk and control effectivenessAbout YouWe’re looking for a graduate who is curious, analytical, and eager to apply their understanding of systems and data in a business assurance context. Our ideal candidate will be a graduate in Business, IT, Data Science or a related subject with at least a 2:1 Grading or above Strong interest in risk management, internal audit or business assurance, especially in data-rich environments Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI); experience with coding, automation, or AI is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environmentApplication Deadline: Thursday 15th January 2026.
