The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting Condition Surveys, Feasibility Studies, Contract Management, and Dilapidations assessments.QualificationsArchitectural drafting skills in autocadBuilding Surveying and Condition Surveys skillsExperience in conducting Feasibility StudiesKnowledge of Contract Management and Dilapidations assessmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well in a team and independentlyRelevant degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Building Engineering, or related field
