We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Channel, Distribution & Growth initiatives Business Analyst, to support our Channel Sales Organization.The role is based out of Athens, Greece and will be working in close collaboration with the Channel leadership team of the SEMEA (Southern EUrope, Middle East and Africa) region.Within the SEMEA Channel Sales team the role will be focusing on the Distribution and Growth initiatives.Please be notified that this is a temporary position for 1 year!Job Scope/summaryResponsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic business plans and initiatives within the organization.Assists in conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.Supports the formulation of statistical and financial models for forecasting and helps in defining KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.Job Specifics/responsibilitiesAccess tools and retrieve reports with data sets, focused on partner profiling, sales and budgets, as well as market size information.Perform research and analysis project, support the team through planning and project initiatives.Create structures which will enable the analysis of the data points, facilitate business tracking, reviews and executive decision making (diagrams, charts, summary, etc.).Work in close cooperation with the channel leadership team in the region and countries in business reviews. Create presentations and relevant data analysis charts.Analyze and verify requirements and feedback received for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility.Work in a matrix organization and interact across different countries and business units.Key Deliverables/accountabilitiesData and business analysis to develop business plans, including revenue and demand projections, workforce optimization, and channel management.Statistical and financial models for forecasting and reporting.Definition of metrics required to measure business performance, and compares actual data to forecasted values.Market research and intelligence on current industry, technology, competition, and consumer trends.Communication of the plan and progress to various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.Education (degree) And Professional Experience RequiredCollege diploma or university degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or any other related discipline obtained not more than 1 year ago.Internships, practical projects through your studies or work experience around business analysis, modeling, verification could be an asset but not mandatory requirement.Other RequirementsFluency in English, writing and speaking.
