You’ll rotate across key departments, gaining a 360° view of the business, while being mentored by inspiring leaders who are invested in your success.What to Expect:Three different rotations provide a variety of opportunities to build your on-the-job knowledge and experience. In each rotation, you will take on business relevant projects where your input will help shape how we connect with customers, drive innovation, and grow sustainably.Your first rotation will be in our Field Sales team where you will be based on the road with customers learning about the core of our business. In the following two rotations you will get the opportunity to gain experience in some of the key areas of Commercial including: Sales, Digital Commerce, Customer Insights, Sales Strategy & Operational Planning.Continuous Learning & Development is a focus point of the programme. You will be supported with formal learning to develop your skills in:Strategic thinking & problem solvingProject management & presentation deliveryStakeholder partnering & influencingUtilising AI in data-driven decision makingCareer & development planningYou will be supported on this journey by an experienced Mentor and through Career Coaching from our Talent Development Manager & Peer Learnings where you will gain knowledge from the experiences of other Grads and share your key learnings.What We’re Looking For:You are in your final year of studies or have recently graduated in the last two years from a relevant 3rd level educationYou have a strong drive to make an impact and continuously improve yourself.
