Solution Engineer:Responsibilities:Develop the concept of warehouse layout with mobile robotics technologyEvaluate and select components and solutions considering technical and economic aspectsAnalyze customer data to find the optimal solutionIntroduce and present solutions to customers in Europe, provide technical clarification/expertiseSpecify and request third-party componentsPrepare tenders and calculate project costsRequired capabilities, and skills:Completion of a degree in logistics, industrial engineering or other engineering majorsExperience in automation logistics, good understanding of logistics processes is a plusProficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with practical application experienceDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skillsOutstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environmentsVery good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present internally/externallyProduct Engineer:Responsibilities:Product Standards Alignment & Application: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help the region understand, apply, and continuously refine product standards through hands-on implementation and feedback loops during hardware and system deploymentsDelivery Process Standardization: Work with the local hardware team to identify process gaps, improve delivery workflows, and develop standardized operating procedures to enhance project efficiency and quality across the EU regionPilot Project Support: Provide engineering support throughout pilot projects, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards are metDocumentation: Assist in documenting best practices and creating technical guidelines to ensure process standardizationNew Product Introduction (NPI) cooperation: Enable NPI activities, including design reviews, process validation, and cross-functional communication, to ensure successful product launchesRequired capabilities, and skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience: Experience in product engineering, project support, or process development, with a focus on NPIProblem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose effective solutionsCommunication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, effective across diverse teamsDetail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a passion for process improvement and standardization
