Throughout the programme, you will work with experienced professionals and receive mentorship from trusted colleagues.Team and responsibilities: As a Graduate in the Human Resources (HR) function, you will be part of a dynamic and international team that drives operational and strategic people initiatives across the organization. This rotational program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different HR disciplines, including HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Rewards, Talent Attraction, Development and Culture. You will work with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to support both global and local projects and help shape the future of our workforce.You will: Participate in rotational assignments across main HR areas to gain a broad understanding and the full value chain of the offerings of the functionHelp design and implementation of both global and local HR initiatives and programsHelp with data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and track HR metricsContribute to employee engagement and communication strategiesCollaborate with regional HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in global processesConduct research and benchmarking to support HR strategy developmentPrepare presentations, reports, and documentation for senior team membersTake part in workshops, training sessions, and networking events as part of the graduate development journeyQualifications and skills: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldInterest in all aspects of HR; from the operational delivery to organizational development, and global workforce trendsOutstanding communication and people skills, capable of working effectively in a multicultural environment (experience in internal companies, e.g. as part of internship, desired)Interest in data analytics, including Power BI and HR-related dashboardsContribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation of HR workflows and toolsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in MS365 suite; familiarity with HR systems would be beneficialProactive, curious, and eager to learn with a collaborative approach to problem-solvingHands-on and proactive attitude to tasks, combined with the ability to conceptualize and structure ideas for strategic projectsFluent in English; additional languages are an assetFlexibility to adapt to different teams, projects, and cultural contextsAI skills valued: Data AnalyticsData GovernanceMicrosoft CoPilotData CollectionWhy Join Our Programme: Accelerated Career Growth: Our programme is designed to support your career and prepare you for a positive future within AllianzGI.Personalized Development: We recognize and nurture individual talents, providing tailored support to help you reach your full potential.Network Building: You will have the chance to connect with industry experts, fellow graduates, and influential leaders.Meaningful Impact: Your work will contribute to solving real-world challenges, making a positive impact on society.Programme Start Date: The programme is set to begin on 1st September 2026.
