You will be exposed to various departments and projects, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of Allianz’ operations and strategic goals in Central Europe. Throughout the programme you will work closely with seasoned professionals and receive mentorship from trusted colleagues.TeamThis role will support in the coordination of the monthly closing process as well as in the steering of the performance of our region, including driving productivity and monitoring expenses. You will get an insight in both Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance and the analysis of the respective Key Performance Indicators. Furthermore, you will support in the preparation of regular Financial reports to various stakeholders as basis for strategic business decisions.ResponsibilitiesSupport in conducting regular closing processes in close alignment with our countries and Allianz GroupConduct preparation of regular financial reports to various stakeholdersConduct financial analysis and deep dives, support preparation of shareholder review and planning meetingsKey requirements/What you bringExcellent University degree in relevant field of studyFirst experience in Finance Department or Controlling function is an advantageDemonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationProficiency in business English. Proficiency in German and/or other languages in the CE region is an advantageStrong analytical problem solving and communication skills as well as profound experience in MS Office products, knowledge in Power BI is an advantageGood ability to work autonomously within pre-defined parametersStrong team player and ability to establish and maintain working relationships with colleagues from different backgrounds, functions and culturesPotential RotationsFinance teams of our operating entities in the Central Europe RegionThe regional or a local Product teamsAllianz Group Planning & Controlling team in Munich…. and many more options
