Graduate Project Engineer

As part of Penspen’s strategic initiative to strengthen the UAE’s national talent pool, we are seeking fresh Engineering Graduates from Mechanical Engineering/Industrial engineering/Projects discipline to be based in Abu DhabiMain Purpose Of RoleThe role supports Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver the technical aspects of the projects ensuring client satisfaction.Studies Penspen’s project delivery framework and all applicable processes and proceduresEnsures project execution within time, budget, and QHSE requirements by checking the correct allocation of resources, helping Project Engineers and Project Managers to manage risks, opportunities, and changes.Ensures project execution, timely payment as per contract and financial close out with appropriate feedback as guided by the Project Engineers and Managers.Organize / participate in meetings such as project progress review meetings, client weekly meetings, etcAssist Sales and Marketing function with bid proposals activitiesMonitoring progress of the project work scope, raising concerns to his/her superiors.Assists project control department at the beginning of the project to prepare project specific Engineering documents listKnowledge / Experience (Skills)Good level of spoken and written EnglishAnalytical skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic and keen to learnWorking knowledge & hands on experience in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point etc.Team player
