The student will be responsible for conducting research, analysing data, communicating findings, and participating in educational activities related to the MSc/PhD program.During the tenure, the candidate is expected to enrol on one of the following programs:Master of Medical ScienceDoctor of Philosophy (Medical Sciences)The research area is based on the following, but not limited to:Ocular pharmacology, experimental ophthalmology, ocular neurodegeneration, diabetic complicationsRequirementsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong interest in in-vivo researchAbility to work independently and collaborativelyA bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, medical science, biomedical science, biomolecular science, biotechnology or other health-related field with a CGPA of more than 3.00 for the master's programA master's degree is required for enrolment into the PhD programPassed English proficiency test e.g. MUET, IELTS and TOEFLExperience in manuscript writing, handling rodents and molecular work (IF, PCR or WB) will be prioritised.Willing to work on-site at Ipoh and travel to other institutions at Klang Valley for research collaborations.BenefitsMonthly remuneration will be providedOpportunities to travel abroad for conferencesNetworking with top scientists across the nation and globeEmail CV and cover letter to mzsadikan@yahoo.comCV must indicate contact details for further communication.Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview session.
